Registering at St. Francis Parish
To register at St. Francis, you must fill out a registration form. Registration forms are found in the Parish Office, the website, or at the Welcoming Table in the Narthex of the Church. Once you have filled out a form, please return it to the Parish Office at your convenience, mail it in, or place it in the collection basket at any Mass.
Blessed Sacrament Chapel
Located off the Narthex of the Church is Blessed Sacrament Chapel open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can enter the Chapel from inside the church. If you would like to access the Chapel during the times 9pm to 8am, please request a key fob at the Parish Office.
Lost and Found Items
There is a plastic tub located in the west hall of the Church near the men’s restrooms. All lost and found items are placed here unless they are of great value. Contact the Parish Office if a valuable item has been lost.
Arranging Mass Intentions
To arrange a Mass intention, please contact the Parish Office. A stipend in the amount of $10 is required for each Mass intention and can be submitted online if desired. Please plan ahead if you are requesting a specific date.
Placing an Announcement on the Church Bulletin Boards or Narthex Tables
All announcements to be placed on bulletin boards and tables must be approved by the appropriate ministry leader and then staff member.
Scheduling a Meeting or Event
To schedule a meeting or an event at St. Francis, please contact the Parish Office. A parish-wide calendar is maintained at the Parish Office and must be referenced before anything can be scheduled. Facilities are available to be rented for certain events and meetings if it falls outside of St. Francis ministries.
Participating in the Safe and Sacred Online Safe Environment Children Protection Program
Many parishioners need to complete online safe environment training as they may need to work with children. For those ministries where this is a requirement, members will be informed.
Submitting an Idea for a New Ministry or Event
The Adult Faith Formation Team aids in the birth of new ministries and events for resident parishioners. If you have an idea for a new ministry or event for resident parishioners, please contact one of the co-leaders and they will supply you with the information needed to submit your idea. There is a process in place to ensure that your idea is heard.
The Campus Minister aids in the birth of new ministries and events for student parishioners. If you have an idea for a new ministry or event for student parishioners, please contact the Campus Minister.
